Welcome to State of Designs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By partnering with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our Services State of Designs provides professional digital solutions including Website Development, Branding, SEO, Social Media Management, and Graphic Design. The specific details of your project will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Agreement.

2. Client Obligations To maintain project timelines, clients must provide necessary information, feedback, and assets (such as images and text) in a timely manner. State of Designs is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials.

3. Payment and Fees Work begins once the initial deposit (as specified in your proposal) is received. Final project files or website launches will occur only after the full remaining balance is settled. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the final approved designs and code is transferred to the client. State of Designs retains the right to display the work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Revisions and Scope Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds. Any requests that fall outside the original project scope or exceed the allotted revisions will be subject to additional fees at our standard hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability State of Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific rankings or profit increases as these are influenced by external market factors.

7. Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all hours and work completed up to that date.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Indonesia or the State of California, depending on the origin of the contract.
